Understanding your child. Supporting regulation. Empowering your family.

Neurodiversity affirming care that builds upon your child’s strengths, supports regulation, and fosters resilience.

Welcome! I’m glad you are here.

I’m Dr. Jess, an occupational therapist, researcher, and mom. I built my private practice to offer neurodivergent kids and families a deeper, more personalized approach—looking beneath surface behaviors to understand sensory needs, stress responses, and nervous system regulation, so that support addresses the whole child (not just isolated skills). Every family works directly with me.
I help parents understand their neurodivergent child, gaining clarity about sensory needs, regulation, and everyday challenges, so they can build nervous system–informed supports that work at home.
I help kids build regulation, resilience, and real-life skills through play-based, relationship-centered therapy that honors who they are.

“Kids do well if they can” -Ross Greene.

Years ago, when I found myself on the parent side, seeking neurodiversity affirming support for one of my children, this quote hung on the therapist’s door, and has always rang true for me. As Dr. Greene says, “Kids do well if they can”, and if they’re not doing well, it’s our job to come alongside them, look at what their behavior is communicating, and provide support. Not one-size-fits-all support, but evidence-based support tailored to each child's unique needs, because every child is different.
